Help & support
Answers in plain language
If you cannot find what you need here, call the helpline. Support is available in Hindi and English during procurement hours.
Booking help
- How do I book a slot?
- Open Book Slot, choose your centre, your crop, a date and a time window, enter roughly how many quintal you will bring, and confirm. You get a booking pass with a token number.
- Which time should I pick?
- AnnSaarthi suggests a window with the shortest expected wait and shows the expected wait for every other window too. You are free to pick any window that suits you — the suggestion is only advice.
- Can I change or cancel my slot?
- Yes. Open the booking pass and choose Reschedule or Cancel. You will see exactly what changes before you confirm. Please cancel rather than not turning up, so the slot goes to another farmer.
- What should I bring?
- Your booking pass or token number, Aadhaar, bank passbook first page, and your land record (Khasra / B-1). The centre page lists anything extra your centre needs.
Queue help
- How do I know my turn?
- Open My Queue. It shows the token being served now, your token, how many farmers are ahead of you and the expected wait.
- Why does the waiting time change?
- The estimate updates as the queue moves. If a counter opens or closes, or a few farmers take longer than usual, the range moves with it. That is why it is shown as a range rather than one exact number.
- What if I arrive late?
- Mark your arrival at the help desk. The centre will usually fit you into the next available gap, but you may wait longer than your original window.
Procurement help
- How is my produce weighed?
- Weighing happens only on the centre scale. Gross weight, tare weight and net weight are all recorded, and you can see them in the app once the step is complete.
- What happens at quality check?
- A sample is drawn and checked for moisture, foreign material and damaged grain. You will see the grade and the accepted quantity. If part of the lot is not accepted, the reason is recorded.
Payment help
- When will I be paid?
- Payment is initiated after your procurement is approved and is transferred directly to your registered bank account. The Payments screen shows whether it is pending, processing or paid.
- My payment failed. What now?
- Usually the bank account details need updating. Visit the centre with your passbook; once corrected, the payment is retried automatically.
- Is any cash paid at the centre?
- No. AnnSaarthi centres pay only into your registered bank account. If anyone asks for cash, report it on the helpline.
At the centre
