Terms of use
Template terms supplied with the AnnSaarthi frontend. A deploying department should replace this with its own approved terms.
01Who may use AnnSaarthi
Farmers registered with the state procurement programme, staff assigned to a procurement centre, and officials authorised by the department. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
02Booking a slot
A slot is an appointment, not a guarantee of procurement. Produce must still meet the published quality specification. Repeatedly booking and not arriving may lead to restrictions on booking.
03Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, declared quantity and bank account information. Incorrect bank details are the most common cause of a failed payment.
04Estimates and predictions
Waiting times, crowd levels and slot recommendations are estimates produced by statistical models. They are provided to help you plan and are not a commitment by the department or the centre.
05Procurement and payment
Weighing, quality assessment, accepted quantity and rate are governed by the applicable state procurement rules. AnnSaarthi records those decisions; it does not replace them.
06Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another farmer’s record, interfere with the queue, or submit false information. Privileged actions by staff are logged and auditable.
07Availability
The service is offered on a best-effort basis. During network outages, the application continues to work offline where possible and synchronises when the connection returns.
